The rubem command line.

rubem run -c <config.json> [-s | --allow-blocking-problems] runs a simulation; rubem calibrate fits the calibration parameters to an observed series; rubem config schema prints the JSON Schema of the configuration file. The former rubem -c <config.json> spelling still works for one minor release and emits a DeprecationWarning.
