reference_crs(clone_path, georeference_path=None, dem_path=None)

The coordinate reference system every input raster is checked against.

A PCRaster .map clone carries no CRS of its own, so relying on the clone alone would silently skip every CRS check on a run that still declares one through RASTERS.georeference or the DEM. Returns the clone’s own CRS when it has one; otherwise the georeference raster’s, when given; otherwise the DEM’s, when given; None when none of them carries one, in which case CRS checks are skipped, as before.
